Hobo Chess Classic ("we", "our", or "the app") is a game developed by SwiftVisions LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use our app, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information.

When you use the local multiplayer feature, the app uses Apple's MultipeerConnectivity framework to discover and connect with nearby devices over Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. This connection is peer-to-peer and does not route through any external servers. No personal data is transmitted over this connection beyond the display name and avatar you have chosen within the app.
Purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for information about how purchase data is handled.
Hobo Chess Classic does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The analytics and crash reporting data we collect is anonymous and contains no personally identifiable information. The app does not include any advertising, social features, or external links directed at children.

Analytics and crash report data is retained by Google Firebase according to their standard data retention policies (typically 60 days for event-level data, 14 months for user-level data). You can request deletion of your data by contacting us.
